In Recognition and Appreciation
Lieutenant General Brent Scowcroft (USAF, Ret.) has faithfully served our nation for over 50 years. His foreign policy skills, critical advice and counsel to three presidents have helped guide our nation through many turbulent and dangerous times. In recent years General Scowcroft has been a mentor, steadfast supporter and generous benefactor of the Special Operations Fund (SOFund). In recognition of his service to our nation and the SOFund, the Board of Directors established the Special Operations Fund Scowcroft Scholar Program in fall 2011.
